Thiagarajan Sankaralingam steps down from Power Mech board
Power Mech Projects Ltd. has informed the exchanges that Thiagarajan Sankaralingam, an independent director has completed his second term on the board and ceases to be a director w.e.f. 21st May, 2023. He was also the chairman of Investment Committee of the board and a member of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
