Wipro promotes Nanda Kishore, Dilip Dialani, and Aathir Mahale

Wipro has promoted its three seasoned leaders to new positions. Nanda Kishore, who has been with Wipro for three decades, has been appointed as the Head of Delivery and Operational Excellence. He is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Americas One.

Dilip Dialani, a nearly 20-year veteran of Wipro, will replace Nanda as the COO of Americas One in the third quarter. Before becoming Wipro’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Srini had led Americas One as its CEO. Additionally, the company is promoting Aathir Ahad, who has been with Wipro for over two decades, to an expanded role as the Chief Information Security Officer. Effective immediately, he will report directly to the company’s COO, Sanjeev Jain. Ahad will continue to guide the company’s security strategy, ensuring compliance and data protection, according to the email.

Nanda will succeed Ajit Mahale, who joined Wipro during Delaporte’s tenure as CEO. Mahale has decided to explore opportunities outside the company. According to his LinkedIn profile, Mahale served as Wipro’s Chief Delivery Officer for over 1.5 years and previously worked with IT firms Capgemini and GlobalLogic.
