West Coast paper Mills Ltd re-appoints Virendraa Bangur as Jt. MD

Rajesh Bothra has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of West Coast Paper Mills starting from June 1, 2023. Rajesh Bothra brings over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and has held finance roles in the Aditya Birla Group. He is a Chartered Accountant and serves as a Director on several company boards within the group. Outgoing CFO, Rajendra Jain will continue to serve as an Executive Director.

Virendraa Bangur has been reappointed as Joint Managing Director for an additional three-year term starting from June 26, 2023. He is part of the SK Bangur group of Industries and has a diverse background in sectors such as paper, chemicals, IT, electronics, telecommunications, and more. He holds various positions within the group and is actively involved in industry associations and clubs.
