Vithal Rajan, M.S.V.M. Rao & Pratap Moturi Appointed as Independent Directors at KCP Sugar & Industries

Dr. Vithal Rajan, M.S.V.M. Rao and Pratap K. Moturi Non-Executive Independent Directors, shall retire from KCP Sugar & Industries Corporation Limited’s Board of Directors, with effect from March 31, 2024.

Dr. Vithal Rajan, the Chairman of the Confederation of Voluntary Associations, holds a doctorate from the London School of Economics. He is a well-known economist who collaborates with numerous non-governmental organisations to eliminate social and economic inequality.

M.S.V.M. Rao completed post-graduation in Political Science. He is an agriculturist with extensive knowledge of growing cane.

Pratap Moturi Kumar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has five decades of extensive experience managing numerous companies’ accounts, audits, and taxes.
