Viraj G. Kalyani Relinquishes CFO Role At Kalyani Forge; Nilesh Bandale Appointed

Nilesh Bandale is appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Kalyani Forge Limited on November 12, 2024.

Bandale has replaced Viraj G. Kalyani, who relinquished his position of CFO on November 12, 2024; however, he will continue to serve as the Managing Director.

Viraj G. Kalyani joined the company as an Executive Vice President and contributed to expansion plans, business systems, and research for potential new business opportunities and diversification. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as an Executive Director of the company. He is a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, having completed the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology. He has also completed a four-year dual degree program with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Concentration in Finance at the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Major in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Science.

Nilesh Bandale has over 15 years of experience. He has extensive job experience with Aberdare Technologies Private Limited, Hirschvogel Components India Pvt. Ltd., and Neosym Industries Ltd. Bandale holds a Chartered Accountant degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also has a certificate from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
