Vinay Sarin appointed Independent Director of Hindustan Composites

Hindustan Composites Ltd announced the appointment of Vinay Sarin as the Non-Executive Independent Director on 30th June 2023. Raghu Mody has also been reappointed as Non-Executive Director.

With around 55 years of broad experience in the consumer, engineering, and automotive industries, Vinay Sarin is a senior management professional. He holds a postgraduate degree and a master’s degree in marketing management. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles in sales, marketing, and business development, and he has travelled widely both inside and outside of India. He has a solid track record of arranging international JV partnerships and technical collaborations. He has several years of expertise negotiating with joint venture partners.
