Vijayaraghavan NE Resigns As Company Secretary Of Ramco Systems

Vijayaraghavan NE, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Ramco Systems Limited, has resigned to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organisation and will be relieved from his duties effective February 6, 2025.

Before Ramco Systems, Vijayaraghavan worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at VA Tech Wabag Ltd. and as an Executive, Secretarial at R. Sridharan & Associates, Company Secretaries. He has earned a B.Com. degree from Madras University, a BA LLB degree from Karnataka State Law University, and an ACS (corporate laws) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
