Vadilal Enterprises Appointed Rajesh R. Gandhi as Chairman & Managing Director

Vadilal Enterprises Limited announced the appointment of Rajesh R. Gandhi as Chairman & Managing Director with effect from 9th august 2023. The Company also appointed Devanshu L. Gandhi as Managing Director.

Rajesh R. Gandhi has been associated with Vadilal since 1986 having rich experience of more than 40 years in the Ice-cream & Processed Food business.  He graduated from Gujarat University.

Devanshu L. Gandhi has been associated with the Company since 1990 having  experience of more than 30 years in the Ice-cream and Processed Food business.

Kamal Nainaram Varma and Ranaveersinh Raol  has also Resign from the post of CEO.
