V-Guard Industries Appoints Radha Unni as Chairperson

The Board of Directors of V-Guard Industries Limited appointed Radha Unni as Chairperson of the Board with effect from July 29, 2024.

Cherian N. Punnoose, Chairman and Independent Director; C. J. George, Independent Director; and Ullas K. Kamath, Independent Director, are retiring from the Board on July 28, 2024, due to the completion of terms.

Radha Unni is an Associate at the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, having around four decades of experience in the banking sector. She had held various positions at the State Bank of India (SBI), including deputation to SBI Capital Markets, overseeing public issues, debt placements, project appraisals, etc. She was predominantly involved in credit and project appraisal of small, medium, and large projects in the bank and retired as Chief General Manager, SBI, Kerala Circle.
