Udayshivkumar Infra’s ID Sreenivas Devaggi Janardhanappa resigns

Sreenivas Devaggi Janardhanappa has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of Udayshivkumar Infra Ltd, w.e.f. May 25, 2023. In his resignation letter Sreenivas Devaggi Janardhanappa has mentioned that he is stepping down on account of personal reasons and other professional commitments.
