Times Guaranty Appoints Vikesh Wallia As Chairman, Arun Arora Retired

The term of Dr. Arun Arora expired on completion of his second term as Independent Director of Times Guaranty Limited on September 23, 2024; accordingly, he ceased to be a Director and the Chairman of the Board.

Vikesh Wallia, Non-Executive, Independent Director, will take over as the Chairman of Board w.e.f. September 24, 2024.

Vikesh Wallia is the founder, Managing Director and Editor of Board Stewardship Pvt. Ltd., and he is a fellow of the Institute of Directors India. Started his career with Jyothy Labs as Regional Manager West. CPD-Shaw Wallace & Co. Ltd. He is a former board member of Times of India Group and Steward of Board community. Earlier, he has also worked with Dabur India Ltd. and PZ Cussons.
