Tata Technologies Reappoints Warren Kevin Harris as MD & CEO

On May 3, 2024, the Board of Directors of Tata Technologies Limited approved the reappointment of Warren Kevin Harris as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for 3 years and 6 months, with effect from September 9, 2024. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Harris, 61, has been associated with the company since October 1, 2005. He was initially appointed as the CEO and MD of the company for a period of five years, with effect from September 9, 2014, by the Board and shareholders on September 8, 2014, and December 6, 2014, respectively. Subsequently, he was reappointed as the CEO and MD of the company for a period of five years, with effect from September 9, 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (technology) from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, the University of Wales. He holds a doctorate in philosophy (honoris causa) from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. He has completed the advanced management programme at Harvard Business School. He is a chartered mechanical engineer registered with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
