Tata Investment appoints Manoj Gupta as the CFO & Jamshed Patel as the CS

Manoj Gupta and Jamshed Patel have been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer respectively at Tata Investment Corporation Ltd with effect from July 1, 2023. Gupta is a qualified CA, CS, and Commerce graduate and has over a decade of experience in various finance, accounts, secretarial, compliance, and taxation roles. Patel is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has a background in law, commerce and management studies. He has been associated with the Tata Group since 2016 and currently serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Tata Play Limited.
