Tata Consumer Products Appoints Delnaz Dara Harda as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Tata Consumer Products Limited, in its meeting on April 23, 2024, approved the appointment of Delnaz Dara Harda as Company Secretary Designate. She is set to assume the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) in May 2024, with the exact effective date to be communicated to the stock exchange.

Harda has been associated with the Tata Group since 2009, contributing to various facets of Corporate Law and governance across listed and unlisted entities. With nearly 15 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, she has served in pivotal roles across several Tata Group companies, including Tata Sons, Tata Digital, and Tata Services. Her expertise encompasses managing corporate governance, compliance, and legal advisory matters. She has been actively involved in significant litigation at Tata Sons and has overseen various corporate actions at the group level, such as buybacks, ESOPs, and fundraising through rights and preferential allotments. As part of the Group Secretarial team at Tata Sons, she played a vital role in implementing regulatory frameworks such as the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, across the Tata Group.
