VIP Industries Reappoints Ramesh Damani, Radhika Piramal & Tushar Jani
The Board of Directors of VIP Industries Limited has approved the reappointment of Tushar Jani as an Independent Director, Ramesh S. Damani as an Independent Director and Radhika Piramal as Executive Vice Chairperson, All the reappointments are for five years each, with effect from April 7, 2024.
