Aravind Maiya will step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Embassy Office Parks REIT following a SEBI directive to replace him with an acting CEO immediately.
Aravind Maiya named the new CEO of Embassy REIT
Aravind Maiya has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Embassy Office Parks REIT. Maiya will take up his position from July 1, 2023, replacing Vikaash Khdloya at the first listed REIT in India and the largest office REIT in Asia by area. Khdloya will step down as CEO on June 30, 2023
