Swati Sandesh Mayekar Completes Tenure as Independent Director at FDC Limited

Swati Sandesh Mayekar, Non-Executive Independent Director of FDC Limited, has completed her second consecutive term of five years as of September 5, 2024. During her tenure, she served as the Chairperson of both the Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee and was a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors.

Mayekar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having qualified in 1979. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), qualified in the same year, and holds a B.G.L. (General) degree with first-class honours, also earned in 1979. She is a Partner at S Panse & Co., Chartered Accountants, and holds directorships in several companies, including Uniphos Enterprises Limited, Encode Advanced Dentistry Private Limited, Prodigy Finvest Private Limited, Mayekars Oral Care Private Limited, Arysta Lifescience India Limited, Matra Technologies Private Limited, and Equipoise Capital Management Private Limited.
