Sutlej Textiles & Industries Appoints Sameer A. Kaji as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Sutlej Textiles & Industries Limited has approved the appointment of Sameer A. Kaji as an Additional Independent Director for five years, with effect from May 9, 2024. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sameer Kaji is currently on the Boards of Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, and Nuvama Custodial Services Limited. Kaji has over three decades of experience in crafting growth strategies, driving operational enhancement, orchestrating turnarounds, problem solving, relationship building, leadership and mentorship, entrepreneurial insight, etc. He is an M.B.A. (Entrepreneurship & Finance), Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Wellesley, USA.
