Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Appoints R. Surender Reddy As Non-Independent Director & Aruna Prasad As Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Limited has appointed R. Surender Reddy as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Also appointed Aruna Prasad as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of five years.

Also, the Board has reappointed L. N. Agarwal as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of five years.

R. Surender Reddy possesses the expertise and skills in leadership and General Management, Strategic and Business Planning, Accounting and Finance, Compliance and Risk Management.

Aruna Prasad is a qualified cost accountant with several years of professional experience based in Chennai.

L.N. Agarwal is the promoter and founder of the company, was also instrumental in floating the other companies, and has vast knowledge of the textile’ industry for more than six decades.
