Suresh Subramanian Appointed Independent Director of Saksoft

Suresh Subramaniam, appointed as an Additional and Independent Director of Saksoft Limited for a period of 5 years with effect from September 21, 2023, till September 20, 2028 subject to the approval of shareholders.

Suresh Subramanian is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Subramanian has over 39 years of experience in the auditing and accounting profession having worked with the big 4 accounting firms in India. During his career. He has assumed the role of the lead audit partner on various Indian as well as MNC clients. He is experienced in carrying out audits under various GAAPs and has also performed various audit-related services. He has a good understanding of accounting requirements and complexities across several industry segments. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shriram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
