Sunny Sharma Resigns as the CFO of Kernex Microsystems

Sunny Sharma, the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel at Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited, has resigned with effect from October 6, 2023. He has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons, as he needs to move back to his hometown. Sharma is an experienced Chartered Accountant who has handled the company’s finances for over a decade.
