Sunil Samdani the CFO of Bandhan Bank resigns

Bandhan Bank announced the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer Sunil Samdani on 4th July 2023. His last day of work will be September 30, 2023.

In his resignation letter, Samdani said “I wish to tender my resignation to take up another opportunity. I have built this institution from the start. It has been a challenging, enriching, and fulfilling experience that offered me phenomenal learning every single day.”

Samdani has worked with Bandhan Bank since it acquired its banking license and began operations in 2015, and has served as its CFO ever since then. Samdani has over 23 years of financial services experience. He is the executive president and key managerial person (KMP) of Bandhan Bank in addition to being the CFO. He served as the Head of Analytical for Business and Community at Development Credit Bank and the CFO at Karvy Financial Services Ltd before joining Bandhan Bank as CFO.
