Sundaram Brake Linings’ Company Secretary Sathyan Rao Resigned

On May 20, 2024, Sathyan Yeshwantha Rao tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sundaram Brake Linings Limited with effect from May 28, 2024.

Sathyan Yeshwantha Rao started his professional career in 1997 at Textool Company as Junior Officer in Accounts, followed by Amtek Castings India as Manager in Accounts, Lakshmi Precision Tools as Senior Manager in Finance and Accounts, EID Parry as Sr. Manager in Taxation and Company Secretary, Royal Enfield as Team Manager in Finance, ITI as Deputy General Manager in Finance and Fives Cail KCP as Head Of Finance. He is an Associate Company Secretary (ACS), an Associate Chartered Accountant(ACA) and an Associate Cost and Management Accountant(ACMA).
