Suman Bhowmik and Raj Vardhan completed their tenure as Independent Directors on July 18, 2024, and consequently ceased to be Independent Directors of McLeod Russel India Limited.

Raj Vardhan, IICA Certified Independent Director, Consultant, Start-up Mentor, and Board Member, is an agricultural consultant at Auctus Advisors and joined McLeod Russel India in August 2018. He worked at IFAMA for more than 11 years as President. He has also worked with Olam for over 25 years as Branch Coordinator/ Profit Centre Head (Imports), Business Development Manager, Sr. General Manager, Vice President, and Sr. Vice President, Regional Head. He started his career with Citibank India as Assistant Manager. He has completed his Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School and his MBA from the Indian School of Business.
