Suhail Amin Nathani Completed His Term As Independent Director Of CIE Automotive India

Suhail Amin Nathani completed his second term as Independent Director of CIE Automotive India Limited on December 11, 2024, and will accordingly cease to be an Independent Director of the company with effect from December 12, 2024.

Nathani has been associated with the company as an Independent Director over the last decade and was a member of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. He is the Managing Partner at Economic Laws Practice (ELP) and has over 25 years of experience. Nathani also serves as an Honorary Adjunct Professor at Jindal Global Law School and is a member of the Apex Advisory Board at the Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management. He is a member of the Government of Maharashtra’s Task Force for reviewing and amending laws related to charitable trusts. He holds a master’s degree from Cambridge University, England, and an LL.M. from Duke University, USA.
