Sterling and Wilson Re-appoints Rukhshana Mistry as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited has approved the reappointment of Rukhshana Mistry as an Independent Director with effect from March 27, 2024, for five years. Subject to the approval of the members. Mistry, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, has more than 31 years of experience. She has been serving on the Board of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited since March 27, 2019.
