Srikanth P Appointed CFO of Kernex Microsystems

The Board of Directors of Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited has approved the appointment of Srikanth P as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from October 25, 2023.

Srikanth is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience in Accounts, Financial Management, Internal Audit, Taxation, Credit Appraisal, and Secretarial Matters. In addition to this, he has taken an active role in the Project Management, Budgeting, Cost Control, and Cash Flow Management. He was involved in the IPO of Power Mech Projects Ltd. before joining Kernex. He has also worked as GM Finance at Tierra Agro Tech Limited. Previously, he was associated with CCL products for 4 years. Earlier, he also worked at Power Mech Projects as Deputy General Manager. He has experience in raising funds from private equity investors, raising equity through preference issues, rights issues, etc. He actively participated in the implementation of SAP at previous companies.
