Sridhar A Iyengar resigns as ID from Aster DM Board

Sridar Arvamudhan Iyengar has resigned as a Non-Executive Independent Director at Aster DM Healthcare Limited, citing personal reasons. The resignation will take effect on May 23, 2023.Prior to this, Iyengar was associated with multiple companies including Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, DrReddy’s Laboratories Ltd, and Icici Venture Funds Management Company Limited.
