Spencer’s Retail Appoints Sandeep Banka as CFO

The Board of Directors of Spencer’s Retail Limited appointed Sandeep Kumar Banka as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from April 18, 2024.

Sandeep Kumar Banka is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has 21 years of experience in the fields of commercial, budgeting, planning, internal audit, treasury, working capital, and taxation. He joined Spencer’s Retail in December 2021 as General Manager (Finance) and has worked closely with senior management on all operational and key projects. Prior to joining Spencer’s, he worked with organisations like Tata Motors, Hindustan Petroleum, and Emami Cement in various leadership roles.
