Sivaiah Palla Appointed Company Secretary of Viceroy Hotels

Viceroy Hotels announced the appointment of Sivaiah Palla for the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from September 8, 2023. Palla has more than 6 years of experience in the field of handling end-to-end compliances of listed and unlisted companies. Prior to joining Viceroy Hotels Limited, he worked as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Diligent Industries Limited. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from JC College of Law affiliated with Acharya Nagarjuna University.
