Shrikant Prakash Joshi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as Key Managerial Personnel of Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited, has resigned as he has decided to explore new opportunities outside the company, and he shall be relieved from his role and responsibilities w.e.f. January 31, 2025.
