Shemaroo Entertainment Appoints Pooja Sutradhar as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Shemaroo Entertainment Limited has approved the appointment of Pooja Sutradhar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from February 7, 2024.

Pooja Sutradhar is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a qualified Chartered Accountant. Sutradhar has twelve years of experience in the Secretarial and Compliance departments. She has been serving the corporates since her training days and has multi-industry experience in the Media and Entertainment, Financial and Stock Broking sectors. She has had the privilege to gain experience in listed as well as non-listed companies, Limited Liability Partnerships and Non-profit organisations.
