Saurabh Mashruwala replaces Lalit Malik as Torrent Power CFO

Lalit Malik has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Torrent Power Limited w.e.f. close of working hours of April 13, 2023 due to health reasons.

Saurabh Mashruwala, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Saurabh Mashruwala, ACA, with over 33 years of varied and rich experience in the field of corporate finance, treasury, accounting, corporate restructuring, mergers, takeovers, tax planning & execution, budgeting, corporate governance, risk management, regulatory and compliances etc. He is working with Torrent Power Limited since January, 2009 and at present he is a Vice President – Finance. In the past he has worked in various leadership roles with Adani Power Ltd., The Arvind Mills Ltd.
