Sanjay M. Shah Independent Director of Sasken Technologies resigns

Sasken Technologies Limited announced the resignation of Sanjay M. Shah, the Non-Executive Independent Director on 26 July 2023. Over his long and successful career in technology space Sanjay served as Managing Director of Everest Software. He co-founded Everest in 1994 with a vision of developing an integrated ERP software solution for small businesses and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the global market. He helped raise multiple rounds of venture financing to help fund strategic initiatives and fuel the company’s growth between 1999 and 2004.  He is the founder and MD of Invensys Skelta. He did his Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1985 and Masters in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, USA in 1988.
