Sanjay Abhyankar Joins Yes Bank As Company Secretary

Sanjay Abhyankar has been appointed as Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) of Yes Bank Limited with effect from April 01, 2025. He will be succeeding Shivanand R. Shettigar, who will be retiring effective March 31, 2025.

Abhyankar has 27 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, capital markets, banking, and finance, he has worked with organisations such as Uttam Steel Limited, BSE Limited, and Shrenuj & Company Limited. He began his career with LIC of India and joined YES BANK in September 2020, where he currently serves as President, Vertical Head, Company Secretary Operations. He received a Gold Medal and Hall of Fame Award from the Welingkar Institute of Management and has been recognised by NSE and BSE for contributions to capital markets. Abhyankar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI). He holds a B.Com, L.L.B, DCM, and an MBA in Finance.
