Sangeeta Shetty Appointed as Company Secretary of Abbott India

Abbott India announced the appointment of Sangeeta Shetty as Company Secretary and Compliance office with effect from 14th September 2023. Sangeeta is currently associated with the Financial Services business of Aditya Birla Group.

Sangeeta has around two decades of experience in Corporate Secretarial, Compliance, Regulatory, and Investor Relations functions. She has in-depth knowledge of Company Law, SEBI Regulations, Stock Exchange Listing Compliances, Corporate and Securities Law, Stock Broking, Insurance, Stock Exchange Regulations, Contract Management Corporate Compliances and Governance matters. Sangeeta holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also holds certification from ICSI in Commercial Contract Management and Foreign Exchange Management.
