Sadbhav Infra’s Independent Director Sandip Patel Completes His Second Term

Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited’s Independent Director, Sandip Patel, has completed his second term and has retired from the position with effect from September 4, 2024.

Sandip Patel is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and he has extensive experience in taxation and auditing, including revenue audits of nationalised banks, statutory audits of businesses and financial organisations, stockbroking house audits, and DP audits. He also has expertise in project finance, cost planning, internal control system development, international transaction structuring, management consulting, raising capital for working capital needs, etc. Additionally, he has experience advising and advocating for domestic and foreign clients before authorities on direct taxation. He has been on the committee of the Western Regional Council of the ICAI branch in Ahmedabad.
