Sadbhav Engineering Appoints Ambalal Patel as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Sadbhav Engineering Limited has approved the appointment of Ambalal C. Patel as Independent Director for five years and Shefali Manojbhai Patel as Women Independent Director with effect from July 6, 2024. Subject to the approval of members.

Ambalal C. Patel started his career as shift-in-charge with Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) in 1969. During his tenure at GMDC, he successfully implemented the Greenfield Fluorspar Beneficiation Plant for 500 Total Permanent Disability (TPD) and was later responsible for its regular and efficient operations.

After his successful stint with GMDC in 1973, he joined Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation (GIIC) as Technical Adviser (Metallurgy). He has served the corporation for over 30 years in various capacities and retired in 2004. After his retirement, he served as an Independent Director for many listed and unlisted companies to advise on financial and corporate-related issues.

Shefali Manojbhai Patel has over 9 years of experience in the field of Corporate Governance as well as an understanding of business management, ethics, and risk management.
