Sachin Narang Appointed as Company Secretary of GRM Overseas

GRM Overseas Limited announced the appointment of Sachin Narang as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 11th August 2023. Sachin replaced Manish Kumar who resigned from his post on 10th August 2023.

Sachin Narang has experience in different domains including Listed and Unlisted Companies. He is also experienced in managing listing compliances, commercial laws and other secretarial practices.

Sachin Narang, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a B.Com Graduate from Kurukshetra University.
