Ruchie Khanna Appointed Company Secretary of Tech Mahindra

The Board of Tech Mahindra Limited has approved the appointment of Ruchie Khanna as Company Secretary (Designate) with effect from December 1, 2023, and as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from September 1, 2024. He replaces Anil Khatri, who will retire on August 31, 2024, when he will reach the retirement age set by the company’s policy.
