Ritesh Chaudhry has been appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Uflex Ltd, replacing Shri Ajay Krishna with effect from 21st April 2023. Chaudhry is a qualified Company Secretary, holding a B.Com and LL.B degrees, and has accumulated 25 years of valuable experience working with companies such as Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited, Indo Gulf Fertilisers Limited, Jubilant Life Sciences Limited, and Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited.
