Restaurant Brands Asia’s Company Secretary Madhulika Rawat To Step Down

Madhulika Rawat, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, has tendered her resignation to explore other opportunities outside the company. She will be relieved from her duties on April 30, 2024.

Madhulika Rawat started her career at Monsanto India. Prior to Restaurant Brands Asia, she worked with Yes Bank as Sr. Vice President, Secretarial; Adlabs Entertainment as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer; Reliance MediaWorks as Deputy Manager, Secretarial; and SI Group India as Deputy Manager, Legal and Secretarial.
