Re-appointment of Directors in the Board of Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Ltd

Ramakrishnan Sivaswamy Iyer has been re-appointed as the Whole-time Director and designated as “Executive Chairman” for a period of three years, starting from April 1st, 2024.He is a driving force behind the Transworld Group of Companies, With a graduation degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and completion of the Owners and Presidents Management Course from Harvard Business School, USA, he  brings over 38 years of entrepreneurial experience to the table. His expertise spans ship owning, chartering, and ship management, with a strong focus on shipping and allied businesses in the Indian subcontinent.

Additionally, Capt. Milind Kashinath Patankar has been re-appointed as the Managing Director at Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited for a period of three years, effective from July 1st, 2024. He holds a certificate of competency as Extra Master Mariner from the Government of India and is a certified Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and The Nautical Institute, United Kingdom. With over 30 years of work experience, including serving as a Master on various cargo vessels, he brings extensive maritime management expertise in areas such as ship owning, ship operations, new projects, sale and purchase, insurance, technical and commercial management, as well as vessel operations in the container and dry bulk sectors.
