RBI approves Re-appointment of Sanjay Agarwal as CEO of AU Bank

RBI has approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Agarwal as Managing Director & CEO of AU Small Finance Bank Ltd for a period of three years w.e.f. 19th April, 2023. Sanjay Agarwal is the promoter of AU Small Finance Bank and has over 26 years of strategic executive experience. He is a Commerce graduate from Government College, Ajmer and all-India rank holder Chartered Accountant.

RBI has also approved the Re-appointment of Uttam Tibrewal as Whole Time Director for a period of three years w.e.f. 19th April, 2023.  Uttam Tibrewal joined the Board of the Company in 2005. He is a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi. He has over 23 years of experience in Financial Service sector with rich experience in the field of Agriculture & Rural Economy, Financing small scale industry, Accountancy, Banking, Risk and Business Management.
