Rallis India Welcomes Shraddha Shah As Chief Audit & Risk Officer; Coomie Kapadia To Retire As Head Of Internal Audit

Shraddha Shah has been appointed as Chief Audit and Risk Officer designate of Rallis India Limited, w.e.f. February 01, 2025, and she will take over as Senior Management Personnel, effective April 01, 2025.

Coomie Kapadia has retired as Head of Internal Audit and Senior Management Personnel of the company, effective April 01, 2025.

Shraddha Shah is currently serving as Head of Internal Audit at Tata Chemicals Limited. She is a Chartered Accountant and comes in with experience of more than 19 years in finance, internal audit, accounts, commercial, procurement, vendor development, strategic planning, MIS, system design (SAP), and implementation, both at the corporate and at business levels. She joined the Internal Audit team in the year 2021 after extensive business finance exposure.
