Rakesh K. Singh Set To Step Down As Company Secretary Of Zuari Industries

Rakesh Kumar Singh, Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance Officer of Zuari Industries Limited (ZIL), has tendered his resignation, effective December 24, 2024, to pursue an alternative career opportunity outside the organisation.

Singh has 21 years of experience in legal and secretarial functions for listed and unlisted companies. He has worked with companies such as Reliance Industries Ltd., GMR Group, Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd., Hindustan Times Group, and RPG Group.
