Rajiv Gulati Completes Five-Year Term as Independent Director at VST Industries

Rajiv Gulati has completed his term of five years as an Independent Director and ceases to be a Director of VST Industries Limited with effect from July 25, 2024.

Rajiv Gulati is the former President of Ranbaxy and is currently working as a Senior Advisor at Keuro, Strategic Advisor at MergerDomo, and an Advisor at Multiples Alternate Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he worked with Netmeds.com, Encube Ethicals, Ranbaxy, and Eli Lilly and Company, USA. He earned his MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Ahmedabad, his M.Pharm. from IIT-BHU, and his B.Pharm. from Delhi University.
