Rahima Shaikh Appointed Company Secretary of Lloyds Steels Industries

Lloyds Steels Industries Limited announced the appointment of Rahima Shaikh as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 11th August 2023. He replaced Meenakshi Pansari, who will be relinquishing her position on 10th August 2023.

Rahima Shaikh has two years of experience in Secretarial work. She is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.  She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
