Radhika Rajan Retired as Independent Director from Sonata Software’s Board

Radhika Rajan completed her second term and ceased to be an Independent Director of Sonata Software Limited with effect from August 12, 2024.

Radhika Rajan serves as the Executive Vice President of DSP Investments. She has previously served as President of TCG Advisory at the TCG Group in New York. She has been advising TCG since 1999, when she was appointed Executive Vice President of Mphasis in New York. She earned her MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, and her MSc. (Physics) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. She was a National Science Talent Scholar through her Masters’ degree. She is a charter member of TIE Tri-State USA.
