R Sundararajan resigns from Orient Green Power Board

R Sundararajan, Non – Executive, Non – Independent Director of the Orient Green Power Company Limited has resigned on July 04, 2023, from the Board of the Company with immediate effect. In his resignation letter Sundararajan has mentioned that he has completed 75 years of age and since the Board of Directors of Orient Green Power Company Limited have decided that no the Board member shall continue beyond 75, he is relinquishing the board seat.
